From the moment we met them, we knew their Vail wedding would be an affair to remember. Birch & Honey Collective was beyond thrilled to help them bring their dream wedding to life. Their September Vail wedding was the perfect blend of modern elegance and relaxed charm. Camp Hale, a stunning venue nestled in the heart of Vail, provided the perfect backdrop for their nuptials. This was our team’s first time at this venue, and the result was nothing short of magical, we would love to go back and plan endless weddings here.

ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS

Emmy’s Sarah Seven wedding dress was a showstopper, and her bridesmaids looked positively divine in their black and white ensembles. The all-white flowers and lush greenery were the perfect complement to the neutral black-tie theme. The couple’s fur babies even made an appearance, with their adorable pup, Scooby, stealing hearts left and right.

Now let’s talk about the pièce de résistance: the favors. In a nod to the couple’s modern love story, guests were treated to matchboxes that read, “So glad we matched.” Honestly, could it be any cuter?

The couple’s impeccable taste extended to their Vail wedding reception as well. Guests sipped on espresso martinis, the couple’s signature drink, while dancing the night away under the Colorado stars. Emmy changed into a chic second dress for the reception, ensuring she was the belle of the ball from start to finish.

OUR FAVORITE MOMENTS FROM THIS VAIL WEDDING

One of our favorite moments from the weekend was when Emmy and her mom surprised our lead planner with a birthday gift. At the rehearsal dinner the night before their wedding, they discovered it was her birthday, and later that night, a gift card for champagne and a steak dinner appeared under her hotel door. It’s little gestures like these that remind us why we love what we do & the couples we do it for.

Emmy and Dick’s Vail wedding was the epitome of elegance and fun, all rolled into one. From the sophisticated black matte cake adorned with white flowers to the upscale setting in Vail, every detail was executed to perfection. And as for Emmy and Dick? We’re happy to report that they are still the sweetest couple on the planet.
