A PERFECT SUMMER WEDDING IN ASPEN COLORADO

As a wedding planning team, we have planned countless weddings, but Alice and Trevor’s luxury wedding in Aspen Colorado was definitely a memorable one. It was a day full of unexpected twists & turns and stunning & unique decor. In the end, everything worked out and made for a truly unique and unforgettable celebration. From the moment we met Alice and Trevor, we could tell that their luxury wedding was going to be different from the norm. They wanted to infuse their love of music and their hippie spirit into every aspect of their big day. And we did just that! Every aspect of their day was infused with exactly the vibes they were looking for while keeping everything stunning, modern, and lux. THE UNPLANNED CEREMONY SET UP

As guests arrived for the ceremony, the weather took an unexpected turn. It started sprinkling just 10 minutes before the ceremony was set to begin. But, with quick thinking and teamwork, we moved everyone inside the reception room and set up a makeshift chuppah under the reception tent. It was intimate and cozy, and everyone was able to witness Alice and Trevor exchange their vows & profess their love for each other.

Once the ceremony was over, we moved everyone outside for cocktail hour, but we had to make a few adjustments. The rain had made a mess of the tables, so we quickly got to work making them worthy of this amazing couple’s day. It was a little chaotic, but it added to the excitement of the day! Everything clearly turned out amazing, and after the little ceremony sprinkle, we couldn’t have asked for better weather the rest of the night.

We had their DJ play in the courtyard while cocktail hour took place, he even had a wagon that he DJ’ed out of, it was such a fun and unique touch. The reception was a true party and celebration of Alice & Trevor’s love! The dance floor was always packed, and everyone was having a blast.

ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE

We made sure to add details throughout their day that truly represented them and their love. Alice’s dress was absolutely stunning. It was so unique, and it suited her & the overall wedding theme perfectly. The guest book was a record, which was a perfect reflection of the couple’s love of music. As their wedding favor, there were patches that said “All You Need is Love”, again alluding to their love of music! The seating chart also had the same message, which tied everything together and back to their love of music & concerts.

Alice & Trevor cut their cake on stage, with a face cake smash, of course. After the cake cutting, they crowd surfed and it was such a special and fun moment! These two are avid concert-goers, and wanted to make sure their love of music was evident throughout their day, so we did just that! The colors throughout the day were bright and bold, with a hippie, Grateful Dead vibe that really captured the couple’s spirit.

To end their night, they had an after party in a different building on site. It was major club vibes, and every one just danced the night away. The vibes were immaculate! Alice and Trevor’s wedding in Aspen Colorado was such a joy to bring to life. It was full of love, music, and unexpected surprises, but everything was perfection in the end. We feel so lucky to have been able to bring it to life, and we wish this amazing couple all the happiness in the world. Mazel tov!
